Healthy food, Feeding solutions and Sensory play solutions
When life did not turn out peachy, having a newborn with feeding difficulties, Louisa Gibbons, (now mom of two) was determined to keep her daughter thriving and healthy against all odds.
Her tireless efforts to create the most nutritious food combinations were not in vain … because today Little Foodease is a family business making healthy natural frozen food in various stages from beginner eaters to toddlers, with a variety of ingredients and textures appealing to your child’s developmental needs.
With a packaging design background, a passion for nutrition and some very valuable experience with a ‘sensory processing disorder’ child, a solution had to be found for easier, happier meal times!
We started focusing on innovative baby & toddler feeding. The aim to solve mealtime battles for the whole family. In our busy lifestyles, dinner time is often the only time a family has to connect and share in the day’s happenings, making it so important to keep it a positive experience where little ones can learn to communicate and socialize.
The best we can do is to lead by example. If we make healthy food choices, they will learn to do the same… and to me, that is definitely an achievement.
Since we’ve launched with our silicone placemat that sticks to the table, we’ve added more exciting products (universal sippy cup lids and suction bowls), reducing mess and spills while having FUN! AND the most fun is creating character recipes to keep parents and kids inspired!
Lastly, little people need to PLAY to develop and grow!
We’ve been creating sensory boxes in our home for years, providing hours and hours of fun, developing fine motor skills and imaginary play, while also calming on anxious days. It just made sense to add this to our range! Look out for new and exciting themes to follow!
To me, it is so important to be connected with parents, being aware of their needs and to walk the path of progress with them.
I urge parents – try our food yourself!
Let’s be fully present in mealtimes and playtimes … and make the difference to their worlds!
