Heating Instructions
HEAT FROM FROZEN.

MICROWAVE — 5 MINUTES
Remove labelling and lid. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir well, then heat for another 2 minutes. Allow meal to stand for 1 minute. These timings serve as a guideline. If food is not heated throughout, warm for a brief additional period. Stir well to remove hot spots and always test the temperature before feeding.

DO NOT REHEAT THE MEAL ONCE HEATED.

Storage Instructions
KEEP FROZEN. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED. ONCE OPENED, REFRIGERATE AND USE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
